By us using a 70% Dark Chocolate we have managed to keep the sugars and carbs down, yet still maintain enough of a higher energy levels needed to get anyone through a busy day, add to that the 53mg caffeine shot (roughly equivalent to 1 seriously strong espresso shot) and this little Choc O Java pack will have even the serious sporting enthusiasts wanting more to keep them pumping!
