At Eitz Shokolaat (Pty) Ltd, we do our best to make sure that all of our products on the website come with a detailed description and images, and are of the highest possible quality, so that you can shop with confidence. Non-defective goods via online transactions may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
If the product is damaged or does not match the order, we will collect and refund or replace it at no cost to you. Note that all returns are subject to the conditions below.
When you receive your order, it is IMPORTANT that you check to make sure everything is in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your order.
Please contact us to notify us of the return, and we will provide details of how you can send us the product, via either a courier pickup that we can arrange, or via the Post Office.
Damaged or incorrect products
If the product you have received is damaged or does not match the order, we will collect and refund or replace it free of charge, provided that
You notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and
The item is in intact (other than initial damage) and in its original packaging.
After 7 days, we will only accept returns for defective products if it can be proven that the defect existed before the product was delivered.
Please contact us to notify us of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
Eitz Shokolaat (Pty) Ltd will not accept returns of any of the following products, except in the event of damage or incorrect deliveries:
Items returned without original packaging or after 14 days of delivery,
Please DO NOT DISCARD ANY ITEMS unless you have been directed to do so by Eitz Shokolaat (Pty) Ltd.
If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.
Returns will be refunded as cash, paid back into your account via EFT method. We endeavour to get your money back to you as swiftly as possible.

Can I cancel my order prior to delivery?
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of your order being placed. After that the order many already be picked, packed and dispatched to you.
What if I no longer wish to proceed with my order?
Should you change your mind regarding your order please let us know as soon as possible before we begin with production so as to arrange for order cancellation and/or refund.
What if the item I purchased is damaged?
